Something about me. . .
I actually don't like writing about myself because I think I'm cooler in person, but here it goes.

Age: 26
Favorite something: chocolate and cats, not together, mind.
Right now I call Las Vegas home and, no, it's not as cool as it sounds. In fact, it's actually really hot. However, I've lived in a few other places, including California and Japan. I prefer both of them to Vegas, but what can you do?
I have a B.A. in Linguistics, which sounds more impressive than it actually is. Someday I'll have a doctorate in Linguistics though, and that will both sound and be equally impressive.
Since this website is supposed to be about writing I guess I should talk about that too. I have three complete manuscripts under my belt (one of which will never see the light of day) and several others in various states of being finished (or never being finished, depending on the manuscript). I write mostly young adult fantasy and sci-fi, and I'm currently looking for an agent. So if you're an agent and you like my writing samples please let me know!
The time I don't spend on writing related activities (which includes this site and reading) I spend exercising, cooking, playing too many video games, watching movies and hanging out with other cool people. Or at least that's what they tell me.
Besides writing, my other passions are photography and traveling. I've been to Japan, Thailand and Cambodia and taken copious pictures of all of them. Next on the list is Peru. Just gotta get the money first!
